Ground Control Cyclops

Ground Control® Cyclops is Voga Coffee’s new one-gallon capacity, single batch brewer. Like the original Ground Control® Twin, the latest model uses a unique, patent-pending technology to consistently extract a sweeter, less bitter and significantly more nuanced cup of coffee. This patent-pending process allows for a 20% to 30% reduction in coffee ground usage when brewing compared to other batch brewers.

A game-changer in the coffee industry, Ground Control® is the newest innovation in batch-brewing coffee since the drip coffee maker was introduced in the ‘50s. The same dedication and expertise put into choosing the right coffee bean, water temperature and carefully determined roasting technique, can now be extended to brewing with Ground Control’s revolutionary method of total flavor precision and consistent taste profiles.

Designed from the ground up with the user in mind, we helped define a new way of brewing coffee by placing the brew basket at the bottom of the machine instead of at the top like in many commercial brewers. This enabled baristas to easily load and empty used coffee grounds at an ergonomically comfortable position without any repetitive strain while operating the machine every day.

Officially launched at the Specialty Coffee Association’s 2018 Expo, the Cyclops is designed to be radically more efficient than any manual or automatic brewing method. With a smaller countertop footprint, the Cyclops is easy to use, easy to clean and elegant-looking at the same time.

Crafted from a single piece of aluminum, the iconic handle is designed to be ergonomically angled for easy grip and pour when using the brew basket. The monolithic shape also allows the brand logo to be displayed prominently on the top of the handle.

The Cyclops comes in light and dark versions, both featuring high quality premium materials and finishes. Cyclops Light comes with a sophisticated stainless-steel body and black powder-coated chamber head, white Silestone back splash and countertop; while the Cyclops Dark embraces a black powder-coated body with a copper plated chamber head and black Zodiaq quartz back splash and countertop.
